I hope you are right regarding the take over but considering directors are buying it is unlikely. also I don't understand the mechanics of pushing the price down. I thought they would be buying to just under 5%. chance they have and are flogging it.
I think it is a total capitulation of investors - no belief in the story and not willing to wait another 18m. how is the chairman not buying ????? his pay has increased from $97k to $150k over the last 3 years. the optIcs are not good.
ntc is now cheap on a ev/ebitda metrIc, with lots of cash. I feel like the patient and opportunistic investors will reap the rewards.
