Petition Outcome and MR

I think it time we started a new thread devoted solely to research and what each of us know about where the company stands at the moment in relation to the petitions and MR. This is the third delay in as nany months but why. What possible reason could there be for the hold up with the petition decision. What do we know currently and what are the chances the petitions will be upheld. Lets not discuss the BFS, drilling results, sale or going into production, lets just focus on the petitions and MR because without the MR, the company is worthless other than the Mt Cecelia asset. I still maintain a buy on the stock but if there is another delay next week, depending on what WWI have to say, I might change my mind.
