That is a heavy load to carry by any department ,and to that red tape from one office to the other ,and if it is any thing like here where i live in Asia ,it all has to be handed from 1 person to their supervisor to be sign off before it goes to the next stage ,and if that person is not there ,It will just sit there ,till the person comes back .
So yes just sit back till they are ready ,it will happen ,but not sure when ,I will be holding ,so not worried about the s/p going up and down .ONE thing for sure WWI has been a good stock to trade .
