May be worth talking to IMF.ASX , they specialize in class actions against Directors etc. The minimum they will take on is $2.5m claim but I would imagine any action against JPR would well exceed this considering $30m or so has been wiped from the market cap since the '6.5c placement' , No? dDYOR
