You can be sure water fords would not allow jpr to foot the bill for previous Director misconduct! Penalties may include being banned from Directorships and / or a massive award to shareholders who can prove loss. Regarding biskra , they still hold the original 16m from what I can see and wakked the whole 28m '6.5c' snow job parcel imo. DYOR
