Buying back shares will do nothing for SP.
In fact buying back shares can have a negative impact.
It is only an issue if you have like 3 or 4 billion shares because then the SP will not rise, or takes a lot of work.
ICI doesn't have that problem it rises and falls fast.
Last I checked ICI isn't that bad.
The only problem at the moment is lack of news not too many shares.
Once news flows we are fine.
