I doubt if they are doing anything about it. And I doubt if there are any new negotiations going on. We saw the BOD of FFX confidently assure us all is well before the whole pack of them resigned. ASIC has never investigated the gap between that assurance & the wholesale resignation. The rats got off that sinking ship without any redress from the useless deep pocket Regulator.
We need a petition and media publicity to get a word out of our Management. Lay out the terms of the Mali Gov (+ China's stake) & let the Sh decide before what's left of our money disappears along with imo the BOD.
