Let Leo stay in a trading halt until sensitive negotiations are finalized.
They should never have come out of the last trading halt, if they didn't the price would still be $1.14 as a base from which to judge any future announcement.
Leo does not wish to compromise the Malian government in any way, thank goodness.
Let Leo just stay in the trading halt and shareholders wait, however long, just trust the management.
