@GravityWaves you are correct regarding the 2 year contract, however, 3D Resources did have a mining entry permit December 2016. That is when the real contract should have started. They are trying to deny that fact. There will be further actions regarding that fact.

It is good to see that someone here has the intelligence to comprehend the complexity of the whole situation.

a. I've never put a plaint on E38/2274 (my 25% of the lease)
b. I was never smashed in court as the warden has reserved her decision.
c. I would be very careful if I were you making defamatory remarks because:
a. As these court proceedings are still in action, you could be held on contempt of court
b. Liable actions being brought against yourself.

P.S. It's interesting to see the lack of interest to replace the board of directors because they are the only ones holding the cosmo project back
