Hi @midastouch0707. Yes it very much looks like DDD announced a Mining Entry Permit for Cosmo Newberry years ago on 23/01/17 & also reported having completed an initial reconnaissance program on site in their Jun'17 quarterly report.
So, there appears to be some disagreement between DDD management & Mr Foley regarding the start date for the (2) year exploration window.

- What you're suggesting is that under the 'Deed of Sale', the (2) year exploration window started after DDD received the Mining Entry Permit for Cosmo Newberry back in 2016 (in contrast to the Mining Entry Permit in 2021) & that the exploration reconnaissance program back in 2017 initiated the start of the (2) year exploration period. Do I have these details correct ?
