While we are waiting for the DDD scoping study to finalize I think DDD and Cosmo should sue Foley for damages. He's not responded to the challenge that he signed away his rights when they got the first permit which gives us our answer. He's made about 30 posts about DDD (all negative) and suddenly he's gone MIA. Foleys actions and claims which now appear to be false have cost all DDD and Cosmo shareholders dearly.
