Signed the petition.
Just one entity, in affect Todd Corp, can carry this ordinary resolution with their shareholding (55%). The other 44% of FMS owners have no say, in reality, whatsoever.
This is simply not fair or even reasonable. As has been requested time and time again a special resolution is what is required for sound judgment of this de-listing to be resolved. It simply gives ALL FMS owners a right of say which is definitely not the case with an ordinary resolution.
