Just so those that artificially manipulate the SP of Pilbara Minerals clearly understand the implications of breaching sect 1041a of the corporations act, you should be very aware of the possible consequences ,under law, should your actions be heard in court, and a guilty verdict be found...................
"Failure to comply with the provision 1041a of the Corporations act is an offence punishable in the case of an individual, by imprisonment of up to five years, fine, or both imprisonment and fine."
The petition is gathering momentum.
