it’s likely to be 3 parties which involves figuring out how to split the centralised tech business. It can’t be a quick process. You’ve probably got news corp and 5 shareholders bitching about who gets what.
even if it’s just 2 parties it’s hard.
go and read the Yass AFR article again , basically gives you a massive hint this is going to go.
