With point of consumption takes being pushed heavily by Tabcorp to be raised in the big states (NSW and VIC) to 'level the playing field' as they call it, the Australian business will be effectively worth less now than it was previously as this will have a material impact on their net win.
This business is in terminal decline, it's just a matter of when it hits the deck.
