Thanks for the honesty. Funnily enough, despite much debate and disagreement about a variety of matters I think many posters on this forum that do hold CER stock are more or less on the same page in the sense of their "ideals".
I will concede that there is every liklihood that what I (we) would like to attempt will be unsuccessful. This has never stopped me in the past though and won't stop me this time. I don't perceive that I am a lowly person by any stretch but I do love to battle the odds (and succeed). It's in my nature.
I will also concede that it is a tall order to ask for all your (and any who participate) information. I am fully aware that your anonymity offers you protection. As it does to me. Already I have been liasing via email with some posters regarding this issue, and I have taken pains to specify that I understand this as much as any of you. I have stated before that I work in the Financial Services Industry before (capacity not disclosed) and I am VERY VERY conscious of the content of my posts (possibly with the exception of my at times off-the-cuff sense of humour), as I am naturally inclined to fully grasp the potential liability that all of us carry under ASIC's various and wide-reaching Regulatory Guides.
As a result, I propose that rather than scanning up everyone's details for a signature and emailing it around, when I get the ball rolling on this I will merely ask for an email acknowledging your participation in this petition.
Once all the information is spreadsheeted and tallied, I will attach all of your email consents to the spreadsheet and send by Registered Post down to Centro Headquarters with a covering letter that I will post on HotCopper.
Your suggestion is valid and Centro has acknowledged our need for greater communication so the letter will also frame a regust for regular ASX communication in addition to the petition request for a Company Representative on HotCopper.
Cheers.
