just to add one more comment pete,

if you got attacked for this idea last time then i agree that was foolish of teh attackers. company's have whole PR departments that have precisely the role of monitoring and management of sentiment and the media.

It's almost a foolish idea NOT to have a rep for your company posting on HC and other forums.
