618's last post nailed it. Things are volatile and in the current market any negative sentiment, downdgrades etc, are being hammered well beyond their impact on fundamentals. Even good news is not rewarded. HDR has "disappointed the market" on Chingi. Far better to sit on the Uganda thing and provide comprehensive and accurate estimates in a few weeks which hold up over time. All the better if it is rolled along with an ann. on Guyane.
