Stalagmite you're probably referring to the 15% contribution tax rather than PAYG?
Interestingly if this director has made a big purchase of share throught FY08 year for his SMSF and claimed a deduction you may be onto something. What I can see though is Peter Meagher has been a seller, however, I can only see back to the start of CY08.
