    CXO has a serious problem with disposal of tailings as does any company trying to start a mining operation in a high rainfall area if they have to fine grind and recover a concentrate. If the rainfall exceeds the evaporation rate, tailings disposal is a constant and expensive problem. It is not a problem for ESS as the evaporation rate is several times the rainfall.
