Their 572.2 dilution shares = (298-190)/0.19.
At today's closing price it would be = (298-190)/0.175 = 617 dilution shares.
A handful of minor trades in the auction period yesterday pushed it to 19c and magically the report uses 19c as the current share price.
So it's a useless number and only serves to confuse and put investors off and annoy people like us who know better.
'We see this development significantly closing the funding gap as Altech nears a fully financed project'.
If they go for the full US$340m, any CR won't be for much as per my last post imo.
