Unfortunately you are right, as you stated, you can't get positive publicity in the media nowadays unless certain conditions are present. There must be one or more of, Self-interest, Politically damaging elements to the deal or Financial inducement.
Nonetheless, it would be encouraging at least to see Petra Capital get their slide ruler out and re-calculate their figures based on the new 400k plan, and staged development which makes heaps of sense for a company of GIP's size.
If they were talking >100% upside in 2012, at today's share price and project finance progress 26/2, they should be able to see close to >1000% upside even if their current assessment NPV share price has halved to less than 6c.
It may all be slow & painful but it is progressing.
