I noted that Petras estimates for early EPS as well as revenue went slightly up compared to last years report. This is good - company didn't loose any time compared to analyst expectations (though Petra used to be pretty pessimistic last time around). Obviously - the big unknown is the HPA price in 2, 3, 4 years ... and all the financials are highly sensitive to this one parameter ... could easily be a 60 cents stock if HPA goes up by only 25% to estimate ($30 / kg) ...
