GRR in The West Australian today,"Kobe Steel has aquired 9.9per cent indirect interest in the Southdown project
near Albany and has also agreed with Sojitz corporation to offtake 1.5million tonnes of magnetite concentrate,
which is a strong signal for the project's viability.
In our valuation, Grange's share of the Southdown project only compprises 25c a share of our $1.06 price target,
while Savage River (66c/share) and substantial net cash position(14c/share) account for the rest.
