It was worth reading this old thread. It is possible to google these issues too. Is my understanding correct here? Denehurst Ltd sold Betatene (Pty) Ltd to Henkel Corporation. In the years that followed, Henkel made squillions on the deal, one of the directors of Denehurst and Betatene held a top management post with Henkel, and shareholders in Denehurst finished up with valueless shares.
So will the same scenario play out for POH shareholders? Which big pharma and director will ultimately eat the cheese if it does?
