I received an AGM notice in December 2009 although did not attend.
Inventor- Simon West continues to work on commercialising this technology. I believe it is based in Mumbai India now and there was a funding deal being put in place to build a pilot plant- doint recall the details. Like most I had written this off many years ago after the recycling of PET bottles was abandoned...but its not dead yet
