I think it depends on the merit of what they found at well #1 and how other companies view it.
The fact they got stuck on a fault at #2 and one of the coreholes is a huge negative.

Hopefully someone will step up to the plate.

ANCAP would be the most logical one to pull us outta the s**t as they are partly responsible for us being where we are now.
It didn't make sense to go to the least prospective well first but from what i can find out they insisted we do it that way.
