Fourth Quarter and the Fiscal Year 2009 Results
Rio de Janeiro, February 25 2010 Petrleo Brasileiro S.A. - Petrobras hereby informs that
the Board Meeting scheduled for February 26, 2010 was postponed, and as a consequence
the release of the Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year 2009 Results in BR GAAP will not be
released on that date, as was previously announced.
Petrobras would like to clarify that this postponment in releasing its financial results is not
due to any issue regarding the completion of the financial reports, and we will inform the
market of a revised release date as soon as it is known, which must occur within 90 days
from year end as required by Brazilian legislation.
