There's a lot to this, but the unions rejected a mediation session with Petrobras alittle while ago(week or two?)
It's positive that the unions are now going back to Petrobras with something instead of fighting in court.
I haven't done intensive research on this... so happy for you to do some and report findings.
I do however think that the best chance karoon has is for the unions to drop the injunction rather than fight in court. I do not know if that's possible.
