PB, I'm very uninformed on the internal machinations of the FUP and I think you are right that it would be better not to have to fight this in court *but*:
1. I wonder whether the injunction can be 'dropped' from here without court weighing in;
2. I'm not sure whether Bauna sale is really much of a bargaining chip re pay dispute now given that PBR have already missed their 2016 divestment target and may feel the 2017 POO environment means they have other options.
That said most of us know the square root of diddly squat on here (and KAR certainly won't let on if they know anything) so, once again, I appreciate you posting these various tidbits.
