    If the likely comes through (Petrobras) then two things I took from the report were:

    page 7
    23% (and largest share) of global deepwater production = Petrobras.

    page 90
    Natural Gas Investement spending for 2009-2013
    $3.9billion USD.
    Maybe Tassie Shoals has been funded?
    If anyone is going to like the technology, these guys will.
