No argument here, cheap oil is almost gone and unless some new technology enters the market then oil will break new heights sooner rather than later. I think Mexico is the best case study of this. The pre-salt fields is just one discovery and by no means the answer to the worlds energy problems although every time they drill a hole off the coast of Brazil they do seem to find another billion barrels, makes you wonder if they will be the new Saudi Arabia in the coming years. Must admit i have invested heavily in Brazil's oil.
