we must remain cautious - the bauna/tartaruga sale will fall short of the final TCU standards. But given the TCU has allowed the five deals to go ahead based on past rules may be our saving grace.
We need to hope that the language from the TCU is soft, and that gives the TRF5 court the ability to go against the unions.
Lets not get too excited.. but have our fingers crossed.
