Pretty sure Petrobras don't have an agreement with anyone re: LNG purchase.

The only issue I saw with Petrobras was the possible lack of independence. Although they do consider themselves independent and, while they are majority owned by Brazil gov, they are publicly listed.

They tick every other box so that's why they were listed as clear favourite.

Oh, and Duke Energy ruled out as they previously have operated in Oz.
