    i would say OBL and others are chomping at the bit to get the drilling started.... Need WA govt to issue grant first.

    cannot drill without permission.

    my feeling is that BRU will make a offer for OBL once grant approved, then OBL will say "its gonna cost you more than that".

    just my opinion.
