While I am keen on OBL's assets, I fear you are right Boysy1 in that the cost of Adminstration, being mostly the "salaries paid to Directors and others", is way over the top for a company the size of OBL.
I remain a holder and perhaps even a buyer at current levels, but I will be looking for an exit in due course as I am not comfortable with the current level of Adminstration costs and the Management.
