Whether prefered or not and given that there is no concrete
evidence that either a Brazilian or Norwegian company is involved, the probability is weighted toward the Chinese simply because of the current Chinese spate of investment in mines and energy in Australia and their need for these resources.
Should you have a better and more credible theory with hard
