If Statoil don't like the results from these first few holes, this JV will not even get off the ground. I think Petro Frontier has jumped the gun here, and could have gotten a better deal after initial results, if results are good.
If results do prove to be good, then Baraka in comparison should be valued between 3.5c and 5.5c ...
