There is 'no buyer'. Period.

AZZ has had some interest at some price which the company has not told anyone about.

Given that the 'offer' was not acceptable to AZZ it has opend a data room to ALL interested parties to see what they have and solicit offers.

The 'offer' that they had wasn't acceptable or they would have taken it. Now what does that tell you? It was a lot lower than AZZ thaought they 'should' get which in turn IMO means that it sure wasn't in the 5 figure area as all the dreamers here have been drooling over.
