Only time will tell but I have confidence that the management team will achieve the market value for these assets..they have engaged experts to carry out the sale process

As to whether it is at a price we are happy with we will have to wait and see

I too hope that it is a takeover of AZZ(as compared to an asset sale)as that should make for a clean transaction and clarity reflected directly into the sp rather than the sp reflecting some discount on the basis that the company would then have to decide how to distribute the resulting cash to the shareholders
