I don't understand why most people on this site do guess work.
You just have to call JC and get it from the horses mouth. He will tell you directly what is happening without getting into to much trouble.
What he is doing though is flushing out a predator to take over the whole company.
In the worse case scenario if he only sells the Eagle Ford (over 24,000 acres). Then he will have many options one could be a special dividend back to shareholders. The company would continue with the Petrohawk lease and the Harrison development.
The value currently in this area is US$10,000-$12500 an acre including infastructure. Add the value of the Petrohawk lease and Harrison and you have an idea of the company value.
I hope this helps somewhat and stops the down rampers who know nothing.
