I clearly remember when the large rises in petrol started, when oil, the one they quote on the media all the time, was going ganbusters.Petrol prices are very quick to follow this index up, but not down. It is a flammin conspiracy, imo and depends on which country you live in.Why don't we get our oil from the cheaper places? Are we locked in to this higher priced index that has not come down? If USA were paying our prices that would be up shit creek right now.I don't believe it for one second but then again I never look at prices when filling up and always use the highest octane most expensive fuel so I shouldn't really complain, and hence we have the average Australian consumer!
I equate petrol prices to what women want- one of the great unsoved mysteries of our time!
