Tim, combination of things I think. The concern over WPT holding lots of petrol stations in their PF and the fear of the move to EVs ? Rising interest rates, and REITs in general trading at low multiples. I think I would sooner a stock like WPT trading at a small discount to NTA that a huge disc of 30%. Indicates to me that WPT may be lagging the index, but investors have confidence in the stock. A 30% discount is significantly telling for reasons unknown !
