What I know about the Recarburiser market is that is is a very competitive market. There are lots of competing low cost low sulfur Carbons & Graphite's available and used worldwide. What I read in past mentioned that the Recarburiser marker is the last market a flake graphite miner and producer would want to target or focus on because if price. This market the buyers focus mostly on price thus using the lowest price graphite or low sulfur carbon.
If Syrah is planing to target this market they will most likely need to sell at their costs. (around 300/mt) since buyers will require Syrah to offer some discount or savings in order to switch from existing suppliers.
