    fair and accurate announcement - while it squarely places on the table the TO issue that needs to be addressed, and not just surrendered to some time down the track

    otherwise we appear to be getting increasing exposure, though our potential coal reserves just don't seem to have dawned on the market yet - which is fine by me so long as we here can continue to accumulate at current prices.
