After some thought on this,and the share price reaction, I'm of two minds whether this was a good deal for us or exr.
If this was such a good deal, why didn't exr keep these leases, when we shared some management.
Just airing my thoughts in the reaction of selling of ete shares by exr holders?..that is assuming it is exr shareholders who are the sellers.
The next qtr cashburn is high, and the dilution from the 185 million shares just issued has placed eye in a far worse position than it was prior to this deal, hence I think this is why the selling.
Not really that happy here now.
