I think everyone knows the oil and gas sector has been hit in the past few years. The point is that all of those other players are not selling out during this low part of the cycle.
And they have not all been waiting for a critical piece of infrastructure to allow their product to get to market. We have, and it's called the NGP, and it's now almost fully derisked.
If this Scheme goes ahead, there will be a lot of unfortunate long term investors who believed what this board told them from 2012-2014, and who will now crystallize their paper losses.
You will get a good feel for the quantity of those investors on Thursday...
