Those that are vying to vote down the offer, if successful will suffer imensurably IMO. This MB offer is as good as it's going to get. Cottee himself has explained there is no Plan B. If it's voted down, the stock will crash and will likely have buckleys and none of raising equity. Anyone remember the last cap raising, it was a big failure and in the current environment CTP will wither away to nothing under MB's debt. Incredible gamble by those voting no. I jumped ship early thankfully.
