Just to set the recordstraight with Andrew Childs involvement in the placement of 100,000,000shares in XST at .002c on the 27/11/2019.
At the time Andrew wasn’t aDirector of XST and offered to place the shares in a holdingcompany (Petroleum Ventures) of which he and two others were directors.
I was fortunate enough to beoffered some of that placement along with seven others of which Andrew wasn’tpart of.
These share were held intrust for the beneficiaries intheir entities and were transferred to the individuals in February this year.
As Andrew had no interest inthese shares there was no need for a change of Directors interest and you willnote these shares were never included in his Directors interest.
For people to accuse him ofany wrong doing whist hiding behind an anonymous Nic is cowardly.
