Just to set the record straight with regard to Andrew Childs...

Just to set the record straight with regard to Andrew Childs involvement in the placement of 100,000,000 shares in XST at .002c on the 27/11/2019.
At the time Andrew wasn't a Director of XST and offered to place the shares in a holding company ( Petroleum Ventures ) of which he and two others were Directors.
I was fortunate enough to be offered some of that placement along with seven others of which Andrew wasn't part of.
These shares were held in trust for the beneficiaries in their entities and were transferred to the individuals in February this year..
As Andrew had no interest in these shares there was no need for a change of Directors interest and you will note these shares were never included in his Directors interest.
For people to accuse him of any wrong doing whilst hiding behind an anonymous Nic is cowardly.
